Scholar-Leaders Program Offers Ten Full Scholarships to Vietnamese Students

Hanoi, Vietnam— The Institute of International Education (IIE)-Vietnam is pleased to announce the second GE Foundation Scholar-Leaders Scholarship Program 2008. This scholarship program provides substantial financial assistance to economically disadvantaged first-year Vietnamese students at top-notch Vietnamese universities.
